Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We use Posti and Matkahuolto for our Finnish orders and Posti, DHL, and Asendia to deliver our international orders. At the moment, we only offer standard shipping.

Heideq cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the pandemic, weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Heideq.

Tracking

All of our orders are shipped with tracking. The tracking code is sent to you with the shipping confirmation after we have shipped your product. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us via email at hello@heideq.com with your order number, and we will assist you.

Countries we ship to

We currently ship to a limited number of countries. We are constantly working to be able to ship to as many countries as possible. If your country is not listed below, but you would like to order anyway, please contact our customer service hello@heideq.com, and we will see what we can do.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping fee

  • Finland: 5,90€ flat rate standard shipping
  • Great Britain: 21,00€ flat rate standard shipping
  • Rest of the world*: 12,90€ flat rate standard shipping

* = we only ship to selected countries; please see the list above.

Customs, extra taxes, and other fees

The customer is responsible for customs, extra taxes, and other fees (usually, these fees might occur when the buyer is from outside the European Union). When ordering from Heideq, you only pay the Finnish VAT (24%) if you live inside the EU. If you live outside the EU, you won’t be charged VAT, but you might need to pay other fees charged by customs or other authorities.

Shipping time

All Club Range pre-orders will be shipped at the start of June 2021. We will notify all of our customers when the orders are shipped. Below are shipping time estimates that apply after the orders have been shipped from our warehouse.

For countries not mentioned in the table above, the shipping time cannot be estimated.

Returns and refunds

The customer has a right to change or return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order. The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.

If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions. You can contact us by sending an email to hello@heideq.com with the topic “Return [order number]” (fill in your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation that was sent to you after the purchase). Please attach your name, contact details, and your bank account number for receiving the refund.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of the return (packaging, shipping, etc.).

An unclaimed shipment is not an acceptable return. If the customer does not pick up the shipment from the parcel pick-up point and the shipment is sent back to the company, the company has the right to charge the customer for the costs of returning the shipment.
